Banana PuddingBananas are a fruit favorite among children and adults alike — and for good reason! Not only are bananas sweet and delicious, this yellow fruit packs a powerful dose of nutrition with every bite. Bananas are great sources of vitamins, potassium and fiber, and can be consumed in a variety of ways, including sliced, mashed or frozen (and of course, in their whole form). Bananas can also be enjoyed as a flavorful item in bread-based recipes, such as banana bread or banana muffins, as well as in desserts, such as banana pudding.

Ever tried this fun twist on a classic banana recipe? Learn more below!

6 vanilla wafer cookies

¾ cup fat-free vanilla pudding

½ petite banana

1 tbsp. Rich’s On Top whipped topping

Ground nutmeg

       1. Place 6 vanilla wafers on the bottom of an 8 oz. clear plastic hinged container.

       2. Scoop ½ cup fat-free vanilla pudding over the vanilla wafers.

       3. Spread sliced banana on top of pudding.

       4. Scoop ¼ cup fat-free vanilla pudding over the bananas.

       5. Top with 1 tbsp. of Rich’s On Top whipped topping.

       6. Sprinkle nutmeg over top of dessert, and enjoy!
